These Chocolate bars are crafted from Cacao that is from a biodiversity hotspot or region that is linked to Wildlife Conservation Projects that we support. at least 25% of all profits go back to conserving a particular species in that Country where the Cacao is grown.
The Gola Rainforest is a protected area in Sierra Leone and is a stronghold for Western Chimpanzee (critically endangered) and also The Pygmy Hippo (endangered) the coop that grows this Cacao also helps to protect the Rainforest and it’s inhabitants so this Cacao is one of Africas most ethical. Sales from this Cacao go back to the people by being fairly traded with them and help them to work to protect the Rainforest and its animals.
