At Leopard and Goat Farm we produce our own bean to bar chocolate. We are making stone ground, small batch craft chocolate directly from cacao we source ourselves from around the globe, we specialise in extremely rare wild uncultivated cacao from the Amazon.
We make tiny batches of chocolate from 5 to 25 kg at a time and this is a painstaking process that can take up to 3 days, this slow process allows us to draw out the full unique characteristics from each of our cacao varieties.
This results in an incredible chocolate that is entirely made on our farm. We even use goats milk, sichuan pepper and micro plantation cornish grown tea from our gardens in our chocolate.
To try our bean to bar craft chocolate, and rare spices you are welcome to visit our new retail outlet in Fowey which sells single-origin chocolate, cacao nibs, spices and salts we also serve various single – origin chocolate and cacao related drinks, nib infused soft serve ice-cream (in spring + summer) and hand crafted baked goods featuring our chocolate.
